Refund Policy

At Identity Tallow, we want you to love your skincare products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Email us at identitytallow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions on where to send your product.

We chose the name Identity based off of 1 Peter 2:9-10.  Knowing who you are and whose you are is the beginning of understanding your unique purpose and being able to love yourself the way God intended when He created you.

Our Mission:  We want you to feel like your most beautiful self--inside and out.  Our mission is to remind you that you are chosen, cherished, and uniquely created with a plan and a purpose.  We also believe the Creator has given us everything we need to care for ourselves naturally, and we're here to support that care in every season of life.
